Welcome to Health Movement Pilates we speak of Fanny Letourneau-Roussel being a 2 times Olympian and Olympic Bronze Medalist, Founder and Director of Health Movement Pilates. We specialize in pilates, and offer a variety of services such as: Private pilates training one on one, Semi-Private pilates with two individuals and Groups pilates composed of 3 to 10 people. Also we now offer team pilates, where sports teams will work on sport specific pilate techniques.

Pilates techniques trains your mind fannyand body to create a lean and muscular physique by the work ethic of six principles keys.  They are: breathing, centering, concentration, body control, flow of motion and precision.  It is an impact free work out for the whole body.
